When we truly hear each other, we can collaborate to find strategies that are most likely to honour and meet everyone's needs. When this happens, compassionate connections are made and life becomes more wonderful!
Sadly, most of us have never been taught how to do this. Rather, we keep repeating the old strategies that never have worked, and can lead to strained relationships.
